If you're like and sit at the bleeding edge intersection of technology and cars, then you've spent some time checking out our gadget-obsessed brother site's coverage of CES this weekend. Most important to those of us of the auto-obsessive variety -- was the Bill Gates keynote tonight because we knew we'd get a closer look at the new upgrades to the Ford-Microsoft Sync entertainment system.
