Craze for multi faceted and multipurpose objects is a simple human psychology that many of the designers exploit to make their products more interesting and desirable. Now, you tell us that whoever thought of a keyboard with a pencil box, that is a storage utility has surely created an award winning gadget.

This design occupies an inch under the ultra thin keyboard and that surely doesn’t make it look bulky and extra space is surely something that no one would mind. So the interesting part is: while working on your PC you want a pen or pencil, a USB, or CD, simply lift the keyboard and pick it up.

The keyboards come in plain white or black colors with fully compartmentalised storage space. This cool gadget or christmas gift called the Keyboard Organiser is an innovative design and has received lots of accolades and awards.

Desktop vs gaming console snapshotIf you’ve cash this Christmas—having saved up for gift to yourself or someone else then chances that you’re interested in upgrading video game experience this holiday season. But the question is: desktop or console gaming?

I’ve always preferred playing games on the desktop, with good reason. Though I’m thankful for not missing out on Metal Gear Solid, a classic that was only available on the PlayStation, I’ve more or less stuck to gaming PC style (Mac gaming, while vastly improved compared to a couple of years ago, is still way behind).

In a word, desktop gaming is versatile. There are a lots of things you can do with the mouse-keyboard combo. Have you tried playing a shooter on a console? It’s definitely a less responsive experience. And there are USB controllers. A gaming rig can easily surpass even the most advanced gaming console out there; it’s just a matter of the right specs. On top of that, a powerful gaming rig will most likely handle the most demanding apps out there.

On the other hand, the dedicated nature of gaming consoles is their strong point. The XBox 360 and PlayStation 3 are much cheaper than an equivalent PC capable of providing the same experience for instance. Which PC retailer offers full frame-rates for less than $200?

And let’s not forget the constant upgrade neurosis PC owners face. A new game with high required specs? Time to shell out for a new system! This may change soon, but with consoles you can at least count at least two upgrade-free years.

In short, it’s a matter of versatility and affordability. But I leave the question to you, dear readers. A PC or console for gaming?

Apple iphone Christmas girl imageA software program designed to easily browse porn on your iPhone, complete with category-based picture, video and audio navigation and a "steamy room" to store all your favorites in its internal memory. This is the first version, so it has some bugs and not enough content. However, it looks promising enough to guarantee a good try. And maybe make some people to change their iPhone recommendation.

iStreamy installationiSteamy's installation is very easy.
You only have to point Installer.app to their source repository (at http://repo.codegenocide.com), After refreshing your sources in Installer, you will see the option appear in the menu under the Adult category, like the video review shows.

The application itself is very simple. It's well structured into four sections, Pictures, Video, Audio and Steamy Room, which is like your pornoteque and uses your internal memory to store your favorites for later use. You will have to register to have access to save to your the Steamy Room.

It uses the same conventions and software components as the iPhone. The scrolling, video and zooming work exactly the same (although the latter is buggy at this point.) It even has a five-star rating system, like iPod songs.

Is iSteamy worth the price of admission? It's a good first effort and, if you and your hand maintain a close, intimate relationship, it's probably worth it. For the rest of pervs out there, the free mode is fun enough to guarantee a try. [iSteamy]

Phone book instead of PS3 for XmasIt's certainly not the first time we've seen someone open the box to a pricey gadget only to find their hopes and dreams dashed by some unscrupulous individual that's swiped the device and replaced it by something similarly weighted but decidedly cheaper, but it just wouldn't be the holidays if we didn't bring you another account of the same wrong-doings happening again.

This latest one comes to us from Thousand Oaks, California where one kid opened the box to the PlayStation 3 he got for Christmas and found a phone book in its place of his desired console. What's more, the PS3 wasn't bought on eBay or out of someone's trunk as you might expect, but at the local EB Games, where the kid's parents are apparently now doing their best to get things sorted out.

SANTA'S FACTORY, North Pole (Agencies) - An Imperial Stormtrooper commando broke into Santa's Factory in the North Pole yesterday evening, killing an undetermined number of elves, arresting the owner and confiscating his sled. Joe Kwazansky, local spokesman for the Evil Galactic Empire in Los Angeles, appeared in a press conference this morning confirming the rumors of an Imperial takeover of Christmas' celebrations. "The Emperor wants to assure His subjects that Xmas will continue as planned. The pug-nosed fatso, however, will pay for his crimes," Mr. Kwazansky said amidst the palpable shock in the press corps. Apparently, the arrest has occurred in connection with earlier reports on the manufacturing and stealth placement of Weapons of Mass Destruction:

Answering questions about the causes of this assault and Santa Claus' detention, Mr. Kwazansky pointed out that Imperial Intelligence had undeniable proof of Santa's production of WMDs at his factory located near the North Pole. "He is also a perv, you know," he added, "a guy who goes around his house clad in red velvet and has underaged boys assisting him all day long. Illegal sex? Forced labor? You gotta be kidding. We have the patent on forced labor too. Ask the wookies."

Later in the press conference, Mr. Kwazansky, 48 years old and still living with his parents, revealed that Santa may have been stealing industrial secrets from Imperial-exclusive defense contractor Sienar Fleet Systems. "And what's with the bloody flying reindeers anyway?" he said, "how the Force do they fly? I bet they have Twin Ion Engines up their butts. That's classified technology, people. Fatso is finishing his days in the Great Pit of Carkoon, I tell you." The spokesperson left the stage laughing maniacally, muttering something about how Santa was going to suffer for all those years of coal back at the Imperial Orphanage.
