Nokia has launched Medeo, a new ad-supported mobile entertainment portal designed to keep Nokia users entertained while on the go.
Medeo can be accessed on your Nokia device by visiting www.nokia.mobi and will have content to include “everything from red carpet news, interviews with your favorite TV and movie stars, film trailers, fashion and music.” The content will focus mainly on Hollywood but will also offer news and highlights from other events such as the Berlin and Cannes Film Festivals. Nokia also has plans to add more content in the future making it appealing to a global audience with more worldwide content.
Medeo is currently available and will work on the Nokia Nseries and Eseries devices, other devices that have video streaming capability will be compatible shortly. Seems to be a great idea, but a quick visit to the mobile Nokia site does not reveal much available content, the service is still new so hopefully the available content will increase.
